Welcome to Naypyidaw

A short film, conceived spur of the moment and shot on a whim during a visit to Myanmar in 2016. An attempt to capture the atmosphere of one of the most surreal cities I have ever visited. Premiered at the 2017 Bangkok Underground Film Festival.
